Wilbur H. Mann Jr.

            Comes from the city of Hampton, Va and raised in the east end section section of Newport News, Va. He played his football at Ferguson High School where Aaron Brooks and Mike Vick began their Football careers as well. Wilbur has been part of several football teams including the following organizations  The Virginia Southern Huskies, Virginia Pirates, Virginia Vipers and The Virginia Thunder.

              Wilbur is on a mission this year and that mission is to bring NFL Style  Football to the Hampton roads area. Our area is the 3rd Largest metropolitan area in the country with out a major professional Sports team. The Thunder has a plan to kick the front door down in Hampton Roads for professional football this is just the beginning, If you own a business small or large participate be a sponsor, volunteer do what ever it takes to make this a success.
